Sources and collection dates
Records draw on business websites, public business social profiles and the source notes shown on each profile. A collection date records when information was gathered. It is not proof of current availability, ownership, licence status or independent verification.
Verified and unverified listings
“Verified — Google Maps listing” means we matched the business name, location and phone number to a public Google Maps business listing. The profile links to that listing and records the check date. It does not verify a plumbing licence, insurance, ownership, service quality or current availability. “Unverified” means a Google Maps match has not been confirmed; it does not mean the business is absent from Google or illegitimate. Published listings must have a phone number.
Contact details and services
Only collected details are shown. We do not fill gaps with guessed email addresses, services, opening hours or credentials. Confirm details directly before relying on them.
Locations and distances
Suburb pages use published addresses or service-area mentions. Nearby search estimates straight-line distance to locality centres, not driving time, a plumber's live position or a guaranteed service radius.
Licences and ratings
A published licence or ABN claim is not a verification by this directory. Check the appropriate authority and business before booking. If a Google rating has not been collected, we display “Not available”; this is not a zero rating.
Listing order and incomplete profiles
List order is not a quality recommendation. Search filters narrow the collected records. Limited profiles remain available to visitors but are marked not to be indexed by search engines. Location pages containing only limited profiles are also excluded from the sitemap.
Corrections
For an inaccurate, outdated or incorrectly attributed listing, see contact and corrections information. Include the profile URL, the field to change and a current public business source. Do not submit customer records or identity documents.
